About the Role
Join NeoManav Robotics Private Limited, a Bangalore-based robotics startup creating full-stack humanoid robots designed for Indian factories. As a Robotics Support Technician, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with physical robotic hardware to maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify robot hardware before operation runs
- Operate and oversee robot software stacks running on Linux systems
- Analyze failure logs and diagnose malfunctions when operations do not go as planned
- Maintain detailed records of incidents and provide clean, accurate data to the engineering teams
- Travel to and support customers' factory sites during robot deployment phases
Work Environment & Schedule
- Comfortable working in industrial settings around heavy machinery
- Commitment to 10-hour shifts, either 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Work schedule includes 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required

Compensation and Perks
