About the Role
Join Flexiv Robotics as a Robotics Application Engineer responsible for collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and R&D to provide expert support and showcase the capabilities of Flexiv's Adaptive Robots to customers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners. The position entails conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, application feasibility studies, programming assistance, training sessions, and participation in trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and suggest tailored robotic solutions utilizing Flexiv’s portfolio of adaptive robot technologies.
- Oversee evaluation and deployment of complete robotic automation solutions on turnkey projects.
- Offer programming assistance and support to integrators implementing Flexiv robots in their projects.
- Maintain daily communication with the local manager to report work progress and availability.
- Engage regularly with clients to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and integrator teams.
- Handle after-sales service and technical support for customers and integrators.
- Be willing to travel as necessary for customer engagement and project support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics and/or automation is preferred.
- Familiarity with robot programming, machine vision systems, and robotics ecosystems is advantageous.
- A strong passion for robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, and the advancement of robotics in work and daily life.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
