Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Road Train Operators and MC Watercart Operators to join our expanding team. This role involves transporting materials safely across various on- and off-road routes, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Equipment

• Modern fleet featuring Kenworth and Mack trucks
• 18-speed Road Rangers and automatic transmissions
• Triple or quad side tippers
• CAT and Komatsu front-end loaders

Key Responsibilities

• Operate road trains safely according to road and site regulations
• Conduct pre-start and post-trip truck inspections to maintain equipment condition
• Load and unload materials independently using front-end loaders
• Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules
• Adhere to company safety, maintenance, and operational protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a current MC licence with relevant endorsements
• Hold a Commercial Driver Fatigue Management Certificate issued within the last two years
• Provide a National Police Clearance
• Demonstrated experience operating triple side tippers and using front-end loaders for self-loading
• Comfortable working in both on-road and off-road settings
• Strong focus on safety and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and proactive work attitude
