Risk Support Executive - Cyber Fraud

Position Overview

This full-time role as a Risk Support Executive involves monitoring and managing cyber fraud cases to safeguard customers and the company from financial and security threats. The position suits both fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in building a career in banking operations and risk management.

Work Schedule and Location

The role requires working 9-hour morning rotational shifts with one weekly rotational day off. Candidates must be willing to work from different office locations as operational needs demand, with prior notice.

Primary Duties

• Watch customer transactions to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
• Manage cyber fraud alerts generated by company systems.
• Investigate fraud incidents and act in accordance with established guidelines.
• Contact customers for transaction verification as needed.
• Assist in securing customer accounts to prevent losses.
• Keep detailed records and documentation of all fraud cases.
• Adhere to banking policies, risk protocols, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Operations, and IT teams.
• Ensure prompt case resolution maintaining confidentiality and precision.
• Perform outbound customer calls related to fraud investigations.

Important Requirements

• Graduation degree or certification with hard copy submission is mandatory.
• CIBIL score must be 700 or above.
• Applicant age must not exceed 35 years.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for the initial 6 months is INR 18,500 in hand, with overall compensation package ranging between INR 20,000 to INR 32,000 per month. Location is at Airoli Reliable Tech Park, Mumbai.
