Customer Support Intern

About the Role

Join one of India's most esteemed banks as a Customer Support Intern (Trainee), with a prospect of becoming a permanent employee. This position targets recent graduates eager to build a career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by addressing their questions and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
• Operate within the bank's dedicated captive contact centre environment.
• Manage inbound customer calls to provide account details and assist with diverse banking transactions.
• Engage in promoting banking products through cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendation during customer interactions.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly stipend starting at 16,500 INR for freshers, with additional performance-based incentives.
• Shift Timings:
  • Female employees: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8.5-hour shift within these hours).
  • Male employees: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Workweek: 6 days with one rotational weekly off.

Application Requirements and Eligibility

• Mandatory possession of a graduation degree with original certificate.
• CIBIL score must be 700 or higher.
• Maximum age limit of 35 years.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within financial services, is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
