About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and candidate-focused HR Recruiter to be part of our HR department. The selected individual will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing talented candidates to managing interview schedules and enhancing the overall candidate journey.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment.
• Possess strong skills in negotiation and engaging with potential hires effectively.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-target environment.
• Well-versed in monitoring recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source efficacy, and conversion ratios from offers to joining.
