Job Overview
The Risk Management Analyst position is accountable for managing and supervising Technology Risk Management initiatives to ensure optimal performance, ongoing enhancements, and effective mitigation of risks. This role is crucial in setting objectives, offering expert risk management advice, and acting as a center of excellence for the company. All responsibilities must follow the company's established policies and procedures.
Key Duties
- Serve as the risk champion for the unit, promoting and implementing risk and business continuity strategies, frameworks, methodologies, processes, and requirements, coordinating closely with enterprise risk management.
- Collaborate with unit sector stakeholders to identify business risks, including financial, operational, technical, and regulatory risks; ensure comprehensive risk mitigation plans are established in line with the Enterprise Risk Management framework and policies.
- Develop and periodically update business continuity and risk mitigation plans based on identified risks; provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to enterprise risk management.
- Lead efforts with unit sector stakeholders to define internal control registers and report progress and updates to enterprise risk management.
- Guarantee consistent and coherent application of risk frameworks and practices within the unit, adhering to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework and corporate guidelines.
Experience Requirements
- No more than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or related areas.
- Familiarity with organizational compliance strategies, governance protocols, and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of leading organizational laws and regulations.
- Background in Corporate Governance and GRC.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Business Administration.
- Relevant professional certifications are encouraged.
