Job Overview
The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing and sustaining switching operations, ensuring that switches and related services function reliably around the clock. This role demands adherence to established business policies and procedures to provide seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage switching operations to achieve near 100% network availability.
- Coordinate installation of both central and remote switches based on incoming requests.
- Maintain readiness and functionality of central and remote switches on a 24/7 basis.
- Ensure operational efficiency of switches during emergency scenarios.
- Strive to minimize switch-related complaints by enhancing issue resolution to attain zero complaints.
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have between zero and two years of relevant experience. Experience dealing with high-priority clients or roles involving supervision of royalty, especially within the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering is required. Additional certifications relevant to the field will be considered an asset.
