Role Overview
Take center stage in impactful decision-making as a Risk Evaluation Coordinator. This pivotal role supports client delivery teams by enhancing process clarity, structure, and efficiency, ensuring early identification and management of risks. Your coordination talents, meticulous approach, and proactive attitude will directly influence the quality of outcomes for clients and the firm.
This is a full-time fixed-term role lasting until March 2027, with flexibility to be based in Auckland or Wellington offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent support and coordination to client delivery personnel.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in KPMG systems and client files.
- Assist in client engagement setups and onboardings within firm systems.
- Manage client review and offboarding processes appropriately.
- Compile and finalize documentation necessary for client risk evaluation and acceptance submissions to the Client Risk Evaluation team.
- Keep current with policies and procedures; adhere to clearly outlined instructions and understand the risk lifecycle.
- Support tasks related to engagement letters, client documentation, code openings/closings, and other code administration duties as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in administration, business support, or customer service, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive learner with eagerness to grow professionally.
- Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven multitasking abilities.
