The role requires a balance of tactical execution and strategic thinking regarding lifecycle design, routing rules, and scalable coverage models.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain lead routing rules, automation triggers, and dependencies that control lead and account flow at funnel entry, collaborating with Business Systems for deployment.
- Lead cross-departmental projects coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, and Analytics teams.
- Support marketing attribution tracking and analyze funnel conversion metrics for Marketing, Business Development, and early sales stages to generate actionable insights.
- Manage workflow automations such as Slack alerts and cross-platform process triggers to enhance response times and reduce manual effort.
- Work closely with Business Systems to enhance Salesforce and related GTM tools for effective lead and account management; establish procedures to safeguard data quality at funnel entry.
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on modifications to funnel processes and tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year educational qualification.
- Over 2 years' experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce; administrator experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and a strong grasp of business intelligence tools.
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing technologies (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment solutions (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring methods preferred.
- Proven skill in managing key stakeholder relationships and fostering alignment in dynamic environments.
- Background in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance evaluation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, growth mindset, and emphasis on documenting and standardizing repeatable processes.
