Job description
Role Overview
Join the Digital Retail Solutions team dedicated to delivering integrated retail ICT systems for HDB's commercial properties in Singapore. Your primary responsibility is to manage and enhance outsourced technology platforms including web and mobile applications that support the full spectrum of HDB's commercial activities through systems such as the Tenancy Management System, RetailerLink, and ShopperLink.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, property owners, government bodies, and external vendors to maintain and improve existing ICT systems.
- Design and upgrade the Tenancy Management System to oversee the lifecycle of tenancies and shop sales from start to finish, using innovative ICT solutions to boost staff efficiency.
- Develop and maintain ShopperLink to support vibrant commercial marketing campaigns and promotions that enliven local shops.
- Enhance RetailerLink to digitize customer-facing services, improving user experience and operational convenience.
- Initiate and lead creative digital projects aimed at elevating customer engagement in HDB malls using the latest ICT advancements.
- Drive process re-engineering efforts in cooperation with stakeholders to build future-proof, industry-standard retail technology solutions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key partners through effective ICT-driven collaboration and communication.
Candidate Profile
We seek a motivated and highly detail-oriented professional who works independently and possesses strong analytical thinking as well as excellent communication and documentation capabilities. While experience in real estate management is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Educational Background
Applicants should have formal training or equivalent credentials in fields including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
