Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls generated from digital leads.
- Provide clear explanations of Health, Motor, Travel, and General Insurance products to customers.
- Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
- Convert contacted leads into confirmed sales while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate call logs and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
