Retail Window Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking Retail Window Cleaners to join our team at NSS Group, specializing in cleaning services across various retail and commercial properties. This position involves daytime work from 5am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, with approximately 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Traveling within your assigned region to perform low-level window cleaning using reach and wash systems as well as traditional cleaning tools.
• Following a scheduled programme organized by postcode areas near your residence.
• Completing 15-20 cleaning jobs each day, with paid travel time.
• Primarily working independently on solo rounds.
• Cleaning windows at properties such as coffee shops, banks, clothing stores, and convenience outlets.
• Occasionally working weekends as required.
• Adhering strictly to NSS risk assessments and method statements to ensure safety and quality.

Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Good communication abilities combined with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic IT applications.
• Eligible to work in the UK; successful candidates will undergo DBS checks.
