Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will be essential in maintaining the store's appearance and functionality through effective merchandising, control of inventory, and managing stock levels. You will also be responsible for handling POS transactions and reconciling cash balances accurately at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks drawing on your retail expertise.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain strict attention to detail, especially regarding safety and transaction accuracy.
• Exhibit flexibility in working various shifts including weekends and overnight hours as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Competency in operating POS systems and managing cash with precision.
• Strong communication and ability to work well with others in a team.
• Flexible availability to work across a seven-day schedule including overnight and weekend shifts.
