Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Retail Team Member, you will ensure that the store remains well-organized through proficient merchandising and meticulous inventory and stock management. You will manage POS transactions and cash counts, guaranteeing precision and security at the end of each shift.

• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customers and surpassing their expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager using your retail knowledge to support everyday store operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to uphold safety protocols and accuracy standards.
• Demonstrate flexible work availability, including weekends and overnight shifts as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior retail or customer service experience is desirable.
• Capable of operating POS systems and handling cash with accuracy.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective teamwork skills.
• Availability across a seven-day roster with mandatory willingness to work nights and weekends.
