Role Summary

As a Retail Team Member, you will help foster and maintain a culture of high performance while ensuring customers experience exceptional service in our store environment. Your role includes:

• Assisting in various store areas, including customer-facing roles and behind-the-scenes support.
• Delivering exemplary customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand and store atmosphere by participating in visual merchandising of products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the smooth receipt and processing of stock according to store protocols.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• A passionate interest in home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• A highly enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate approach to work.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving results.
• Effective communication skills suitable for interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
