Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting a high-performance culture within the store to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience. This includes assisting in various store functions from customer interaction to stock management behind the scenes.

• Helping in multiple areas across the store, from front-end customer service to back of house operations.
• Delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Contributing to the store's brand image by maintaining appealing merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Supporting efficient stock handling, including receiving processes in-store.

Candidate Profile

• A strong enthusiasm for home entertainment products such as music, movies, technology, appliances, and gaming.
• Highly motivated, passionate, and eager to contribute.
