Role Overview

As a Team Leader based in Carrickmacross's new store opening, you will play a crucial role within the leadership team, collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This hands-on position mixes operational duties with staff support to ensure smooth store functioning and maintain a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in daily leadership and support of store employees.

• Participate in merchandising, upholding visual standards, and managing stock control.
