Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate checking and storage of all deliveries.
• Lead and supervise a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Hold key holder responsibilities ensuring security and access management.
• Operate the till efficiently, processing orders and payments.
• Assist with weekly bookkeeping tasks and other necessary duties.
• Create and manage weekly staff rotas based on manager guidelines.
• Order stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and encourage team proactivity at all times.
• Adhere to Food Handling and Hygiene standards rigorously.
• Comply fully with Health and Safety regulations.

• Prior experience in supervising frontline teams within similar retail environments.
• Strong communication skills emphasizing excellent customer service.
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
