Cafe Supervisor - Costa

Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Cafe Supervisor to ensure seamless daily operations at a leading High Street brand, working 35 hours per week on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Verify and correctly store all incoming deliveries promptly.
• Lead and support a team by fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Hold responsibility as a key holder for the premises.
• Assist with weekly administrative tasks including bookkeeping as required.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules in line with management guidelines.
• Manage stock orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Delegate tasks effectively and encourage proactive behavior within the team.
• Ensure strict adherence to Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience leading frontline teams in a similar retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication abilities focused on delivering excellent customer service.

• Capability to perform well under pressure while sustaining enthusiasm.
