Cafe Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a committed Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations for a prominent High Street brand on a full-time basis, with a contract of 35 hours per week. Working Hours

Shift patterns will be variable according to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly checking and correctly storing all received deliveries
• Leading a team by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
• Serving as a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly administrative tasks including bookkeeping
• Creating weekly staff rotas in line with management directives
• Ordering stock to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
• Delegating tasks to ensure a proactive and efficient team
• Ensuring compliance with food handling and hygiene regulations
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous supervisory experience with frontline teams in a similar setting
• Strong communication skills focused on excellent customer service
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to maintain composure and positivity while working under pressure
