As a Retail Supervisor, you play a crucial role in leading by example both on the shop floor and in the warehouse. Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the in-store team, modeling exceptional customer service and setting standards.
• Guide customers effectively by understanding their needs and helping them find the right products easily.
• Manage store operations including cash reconciliations, resolving customer queries, ensuring audit compliance, and overseeing stock control.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain store pride and enjoyment at work.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing small teams in a busy retail setting.
• Strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service that also drives sales.
• Curious and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and performance.
• Demonstrates passion for the brand and business goals.
• Personable, adaptable, dependable, honest, and hardworking.
