Role Summary

In your role as Retail Supervisor, you will take a hands-on leadership position, guiding your team by example in both customer-facing and warehouse environments. Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards will be your top priorities. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 8pm
• Saturday: 7am – 6pm
• Sunday: 9am – 4pm

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team by demonstrating exceptional service and operational excellence in-store.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs to guide them to the appropriate products with ease.
• Manage store operations including cash reconciliations, addressing customer inquiries, compliance audits, and stock control.
• Foster teamwork and a positive working environment where colleagues can thrive and enjoy their work.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager comfortable leading small teams in a dynamic retail setting.
• Skilled at delivering outstanding customer service that drives sales.
• Curious and continuously seeking ways to improve both personally and professionally.

• Friendly, adaptable, dependable, truthful, and willing to put in the effort required.
