The Store Executive plays a critical role in managing finished goods inventory while ensuring compliance with quality management and safety standards. This role requires rigorous adherence to QMS, IMS/IATF protocols, and established work instructions. Key responsibilities include overseeing the receipt, storage, and documentation of stock, coordinating with multiple departments to maintain seamless flow of operations, and managing manpower and equipment to meet production and delivery goals.
Monthly stock audits and maintaining precise records in inventory systems are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, the Store Executive enforces 5S principles, ensures traceability, and organizes goods systematically within the store. Personnel training is emphasized to enhance workforce skills and discipline. The role also involves participation in various audits and KPI reviews to ensure continual improvement in department performance. Safe working conditions and occupational health standards are upheld rigorously. Accurate and prompt data entry using the FOCUS application is mandatory to support operational efficiency.
