Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by accurately identifying customer requirements and suggesting relevant products and services.
• Work towards meeting daily personal sales goals in line with company expectations.
• Manage store operations such as product display arrangement, stock replenishment, cleanliness maintenance, cashier duties, inventory management, and smooth shift transitions.
• Oversee merchandise handling including receipt inspections, display quality, and maintaining high standards in product and service management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a college diploma or higher education qualification.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in the digital product industry.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for consumer electronics with the ability to quickly grasp product features and details.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude in sales and customer service with strong teamwork spirit and eagerness to learn.
• English language proficiency is required, while candidates with additional language skills are favored.
