Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the team at our Ghanda Clothing store located in Karrinyup, Western Australia. This role involves managing daily store operations, leading a team, and embodying the values of Ghanda Clothing.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train a store team of up to 30 staff members.
- Promote and instill Ghanda's core values among your team.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation consistent with visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside the Stock Allocator and independently to ensure optimal stock levels on the sales floor to maximize sales potential.
- Manage and oversee store scheduling, sales reporting, and compliance with team and store policies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess proven leadership skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to team empowerment aligned with company values.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong dedication to retail fundamentals.
- Relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory; attitude and cultural fit are highly valued.
