Role Overview
As a Field Visual Merchandiser in Melbourne, you will be visiting multiple retail locations across Victoria, implementing the brand's visual merchandising plans to enhance customer engagement and optimize store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying and adjusting visual merchandising memos according to Ghanda's creative guidelines to maximize the use of sales floor space and attract customers.
- Upholding excellent standards in store appearance including product folding, hanging, displays, ticketing, and window decorations.
- Providing coaching and training to in-store retail staff on fundamental visual merchandising techniques.
- Conducting store audits and reporting on maintenance issues, fixture updates, and stock levels.
- Supporting retail store setups, openings, relocations, or closures as required.

- Possesses an acute attention to detail paired with enthusiasm for maintaining high brand presentation standards.
- Effective communicator capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with retail teams across various locations.
- Demonstrates strong commercial insight and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, shows excellent time management skills, and can work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable with a readiness to handle shifting priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working with both retail and head office groups.
