Role Overview
Our client, Bookworld, is seeking a driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations and boost sales performance. This role suits a candidate with robust leadership capabilities, superior customer service skills, and enthusiasm for the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities ensuring efficient operation.
- Provide leadership, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and effectively resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory processes.
- Maintain store presentation and uphold merchandising standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
