Role Overview

The Store Manager position at Showcase is designed to ignite and develop entrepreneurial drive. This role demands a business-savvy leader passionate about growth and team development. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead efforts to boost sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service across store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing team members to support business goals.
• Identify and leverage marketing opportunities, participating actively in company and mall promotions.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, offering expert product knowledge to customers and staff.
• Create an engaging and interactive in-store atmosphere, including organizing storefront product demonstrations.
• Drive the team to meet sales targets and adhere to key performance indicators.
• Implement company standards consistently in all aspects of store management and daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of successful experience in specialty retail, preferably within mall environments.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable addressing groups and engaging customers.
• Proficient with various social media platforms to support marketing efforts.
• Skilled coach and motivator capable of inspiring team members to excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Flexible working hours availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in product demonstrations is advantageous.
