About the Role
Step into a leadership role with Showcase at our St. Laurent Mall location as an Assistant Store Manager. You will be the key support to the Store Manager, responsible for driving sales and elevating the customer experience by leading your team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff members.
- Share your enthusiasm and product knowledge to engage customers effectively.
- Organize and promote entertaining, interactive demonstrations in the store to enhance the shopping environment.
- Lead your team in meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure all daily store operations comply with the company’s standards and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of managerial experience within retail.
- Strong customer-centric focus paired with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching team members to excel.
- Exceptional management of time and organizational tasks.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstration experience is an added advantage.
