Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in operations including visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing.
• Uphold high standards in customer service and store operations by communicating updates and ensuring team coordination.
• Organize and prioritize daily duties while fostering teamwork and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Train team members in merchandise presentation and customer service to promote collaborative improvement.
• Enhance the store’s brand through attractive merchandise displays in strategic locations.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years in retail or service industries with sound understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Teamwork: A cooperative attitude that supports effective collaboration and positive workplace relations.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Communication & Time Management: Excellent skills to share information clearly and prioritize work effectively.

Compensation

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, subject to variation based on skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
