Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive excellence in operational areas including visual merchandising, customer service, merchandise processing, and back room management.

• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks, fostering collaboration and ensuring associates are trained on service protocols.

Candidate Profile
