Role Overview
This full-time Supervisor position is a key member of a high-performing retail team, entrusted with important responsibilities and empowered to excel in the role. It suits individuals with recent leadership background and a strong enthusiasm for retail careers.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate is approximately $20.00 per hour, subject to factors such as location, relevant skills, education, and experience. This role also qualifies for a monthly performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits are available to employees and their families, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may join the company 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off accrual is up to 152 hours annually covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, except where law mandates differently.
Work Schedule and Environment
Work hours are scheduled respectfully within store operating times of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide and demonstrate professional customer service consistently
- Maintain the store environment in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
- Cross-train in multiple store functions, including stocking and sales associate roles
- Lead, mentor, and foster development among team members
- Serve as the designated Leader on Duty when scheduled
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
