Retail Stocking Supervisor

As a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will be a key member of a high-achieving team, entrusted and supported to effectively fulfill your responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals with recent leadership experience who are eager to pursue a career in retail.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an anticipated hourly wage of $18.00, which may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. You may participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. Paid time off includes accrual of up to 152 hours annually (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year, subject to legal requirements.

Work Schedule

Work schedules are considerate and respectful, covering store operation hours from 6 AM to 10 PM. The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Keep the store environment safe, tidy, and well-organized
• Gain cross-functional expertise by training across all store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, mentor, and support team members for growth and performance improvements
• Act as the Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
