Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly pay range is $25.25 to $27.78, varying based on location, expertise, education, and experience. Additionally, this role qualifies for a monthly bonus program. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) plan with company match. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave yearly unless otherwise mandated by law.

The store operates between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM with respectful scheduling practices. Key Responsibilities

• Provide and model excellent customer service professionalism.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
• Cross-train and perform a variety of store operations tasks, including stocking and sales associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and foster the growth of team members.
• Function as Leader on Duty according to schedule.

• Ensure inventory is accurate, stocked, and correctly priced.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
