Position Overview
The Retail Stocking Manager is a key full-time leadership member of a dynamic and high-performing retail team committed to excellence. This role offers the opportunity to grow careerwise in retail management while taking pride in meaningful work and being empowered to make an impact.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected hourly pay range is $25.25 to $27.78, varying based on location, expertise, education, and experience. Additionally, this role qualifies for a monthly bonus program. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) plan with company match. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave yearly unless otherwise mandated by law.
Work Schedule and Culture
The store operates between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM with respectful scheduling practices. Key Responsibilities
- Provide and model excellent customer service professionalism.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
- Cross-train and perform a variety of store operations tasks, including stocking and sales associate duties.
- Lead, coach, and foster the growth of team members.
- Function as Leader on Duty according to schedule.
- Exemplify expertise in the role and model "Great Place To Work" values.
- Ensure inventory is accurate, stocked, and correctly priced.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
