About the Role
Join our team as a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, where you will have a meaningful role and can take pride in your work. Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate for this position starts at $18.00 per hour, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. Eligible employees can also receive a monthly bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Additionally, qualified personnel have access to a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, which combines PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Employees also receive up to 64 hours of paid sick time annually or as required by law.
Work Schedule and Environment
We respect work-life balance with scheduled shifts during store operating hours from 6am to 10pm. The company observes closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify excellent customer service standards
- Ensure the store is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
- Gain experience across all store operations through cross-training, including stocking and sales duties
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster growth
- Perform duties as Leader on Duty according to schedule
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
