Job description
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager position within our team is a key role focused on leadership and operational excellence in retail. This role is designed for individuals with recent leadership experience eager to advance their retail careers while taking pride in their work.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage range is anticipated to be between $25.00 and $27.50, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. Additional incentives include a monthly bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability. Employees can participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions and accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, inclusive of all leave types. Paid sick time of up to 64 hours is also provided unless otherwise mandated by law.
Work Schedule
Operating hours during which respectful schedules are maintained range from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
- Receive cross-training in various facets of store operation, including stocking and sales functions
- Lead, coach, and develop team members effectively
- Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
- Serve as a subject matter expert and demonstrate behaviors aligned with a “Great Place to Work” culture
- Ensure accurate stock levels and pricing of items
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
