Retail Stocking Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to be a key contributor within a high-performing retail team. This position provides an opportunity to lead with purpose and take pride in your contributions. Ideal candidates will have recent leadership experience and a strong desire to advance their retail career.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $15.55 to $18.50, depending on your location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, you may qualify for monthly bonuses. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in our 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time is offered up to 64 hours per year, or as required by law. Operating hours are from 6am to 10pm with respectful scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify excellent customer service standards
• Keep the store safe, tidy, and well-organized
• Gain comprehensive knowledge by cross-training in all store operation areas, including stocking and sales tasks
• Lead, coach, and support team members to foster their growth
• Act as the Leader on Duty when scheduled
• Demonstrate expertise in your role while embodying “Great Place To Work” values
• Make sure products are properly stocked and accurately priced
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
