Scheduled to open in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island will become the first integrated resort in the UAE. Situated 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining venues including restaurants, lounges, and bars, along with a theater, beach club, multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa and salon, a shopping promenade, and a center for celebrations and events.

Job Overview

We are seeking a capable Retail Stock Clerk to join the Wynn Al Marjan Island retail team, contributing to smooth stock handling and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack deliveries, verifying merchandise accuracy and quality.
• Organize and replenish shelves, bins, and product displays promptly and systematically.
• Keep track of stock levels and notify supervisors about shortages or inconsistencies.
• Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are tidy and orderly.
• Participate in routine stock inspections and inventory audits.
• Apply pricing tags, barcodes, or other relevant labels on products.
• Use the FIFO inventory approach to rotate stock effectively.
• Help customers in locating products when requested.
• Support team efforts during promotions, restocking activities, and store layout changes.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines while managing stock and equipment.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Preferably possessing 1 to 2 years of retail or stockroom operational experience.
• Fundamental understanding of inventory management systems and stock handling protocols.
• Physically capable to lift and arrange merchandise as required.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in managing inventory.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including weekend and holiday shifts.
