About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become the first integrated resort in the UAE, scheduled to open in 2027. Situated approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, this expansive resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites alongside 22 dining venues including restaurants, lounges, and bars. Guests will also enjoy a theater, beach club, multiple swimming and wading pools, a luxury spa and salon, a shopping promenade, and a dedicated celebrations and events center.

Position Overview

The resort seeks a Front Office Greeter to join the Resort Tower Operations in the Front Office. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming first impression through friendly interaction and professional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly receive and greet guests when they arrive, ensuring a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Escort guests to the designated check-in area while assisting with luggage coordination.
  • Provide guests with essential information about the resort's facilities, amenities, and services.
  • Collaborate closely with bell staff, concierge, and front desk teams to guarantee smooth guest arrivals.
  • Proactively recognize and address guest needs and offer attentive support.
  • Deliver specialized attention to VIP and special guests during their arrival experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance and lobby space within the Resort Tower.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and direct them to appropriate staff or departments.
  • Manage guest flow efficiently, especially during high traffic periods.
  • Ensure adherence to Forbes Five Star quality service standards consistently.
  • Uphold the resort's brand standards to maintain a uniform luxury guest experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or roles involving direct customer interaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable personality complemented by a professional appearance.
  • Capability to multitask effectively and remain calm under stressful conditions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with luxury service guidelines and appropriate guest etiquette.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Physical ability to stand for long durations and occasionally work outdoors, such as greeting at entrances.
  • Experience or training with Forbes Travel Guide service standards is highly valued.
