Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join our team in the Midland-Odessa area. This dynamic role involves tasks such as packaging, wrapping, and loading furniture orders for customers, as well as organizing furniture displays under the advice of designers and managers. Maintaining showroom cleanliness and appearance is also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle lifting, loading, unloading, and assembling furniture items.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep tasks within the showroom.
• Arrange furniture as per direction to maintain showroom aesthetics.
• Adhere to a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Capability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs during daily tasks.
• Previous experience in furniture handling or janitorial work is advantageous.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
