Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This dynamic, fast-paced role involves packaging, wrapping, and loading furniture for customers, as well as arranging furniture displays under the guidance of designers and managers. Maintaining the showroom's cleanliness and general appearance is also a crucial part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift, load, unload, and assemble furniture items for customer purchases.
• Assist in organizing furniture within the showroom as directed.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance to keep showrooms tidy and presentable.
• Work a flexible retail schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and safely on a daily basis.
• Prior experience in furniture handling and general cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage between $14 and $16 per hour, commensurate with experience.
