Retail Shift Manager

About the Role

Lidl is seeking a committed Retail Shift Manager to join our Shrewsbury location. This full-time position involves a combination of morning and evening shifts, with flexible scheduling on weekends. Due to the timing of shifts, public transportation may be limited, so candidates should consider commute distances carefully (postcode SY1 3AA). The role offers an hourly wage of £15.45, plus an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holiday work and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team by embodying Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues while delegating responsibilities efficiently.
• Create a supportive environment to enable team success.
• Oversee store operations and manage staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Maintain quality by managing freshness standards, cash operations, inventory control, and stock management.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently.
