Retail Shift Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl in Croydon who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. This position offers an hourly wage between 3.30 and 3.80, a 35-hour weekly contract, and 30 to 35 days of pro-rated annual leave. Compensation Details

Competitive hourly rates based on equal opportunity pay structures, including an extra 2.00 per hour for bank holiday work and 3.50 per hour for night shifts.
