Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Model and teach effective customer engagement techniques to associates, promoting a high-performance, customer-first sales environment.
• Drive sales results by actively engaging customers, optimizing sales opportunities, and communicating promotions and flyer deals clearly.
• Lead and motivate the team to embrace new products, services, and sales approaches, collaborating with store leadership to set and meet sales goals.
• Ensure operational excellence by overseeing store health & safety, loss prevention measures, and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Commit to personal and team development through ongoing training initiatives and inspire continuous learning among associates.
• Perform keyholder responsibilities including secure store opening and closing, managing payroll and timekeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and asset protection protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years in retail sales, with preference for candidates experienced in technology product sales.
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role where managing sales and service delivery targets was a primary responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills that enable motivating both customers and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
