Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in all production and customer interaction activities within the print and customer service areas.
• Implement and communicate promotional campaigns and flyer specials, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Lead the print and cash areas in the store to meet established targets and foster a culture of sales among associates by staying current on new trends, products, and services.
• Maintain operational standards and store branding within the print department.
• Commit time to personal growth and enable training for team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience in retail, with supervisory and coaching background preferred.
• One to two years working in a print or graphic communications setting, familiar with graphic design basics.
• Technical skills to operate computers and printing machinery efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace, demonstrating strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
