Job Overview

As a Sales Associate in Print & Services at Staples Canada, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the print and service operations within the store. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing print orders, and ensuring compliance with store standards and policies.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and actively seek opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize the store's selling model and comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Work with store leadership to meet sales and profit margin objectives.
• Handle print production tasks within the store.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies consistently.
• Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales, shipping transactions, and employ marketing tools to increase conversions.
• Manage the intake and pickup of print orders through various channels, including print dashboard, phone, and in-person counters.
• Keep print machinery stocked with necessary materials like paper and toner, and organize print orders accurately according to company procedures.
• Maintain merchandising and signage standards in print and cash areas, ensuring proper inventory control.
• Meet all Print and Services area standards by completing checklists, audits, and brand consistency requirements.

Qualifications

• Retail experience ranging from 3 months to 1 year is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
