Retail Sales & Customer Experience Trainer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales & Customer Experience Trainer based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in retail sales, with special emphasis on luxury or premium retail sectors. This role focuses heavily on enhancing customer service quality and sales effectiveness through targeted training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement role-playing exercises to simulate customer interactions and evaluate employee capabilities.
• Create, structure, and maintain training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored for retail sales teams.
• Work closely with branch managers to ensure alignment and effective management of sales personnel.
• Utilize advanced methods in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 5 years of direct experience in retail sales, specifically within luxury or premium retail environments.
• Proven background in training sales personnel effectively.
• Strong expertise in enhancing the customer experience through strategic sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Preferably experienced in sectors such as fashion, jewelry, perfume, cosmetics, chocolate/gifting, or hospitality.
