Role Overview

We invite you to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant, where you will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, your efforts will contribute directly to meeting sales targets and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert product recommendations.
• Assist in reaching sales and performance objectives for the store.
• Ensure the store environment is orderly, safe, and visually appealing.
• Help manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

You are proactive, customer-oriented, and ready to learn. While leadership growth is encouraged, you will support and work collaboratively with your team.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and organization capabilities.
• Have prior experience in retail or customer support (preferred).
• Show genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Be motivated to develop within the company.
