Role Summary

The Sales Assistant plays an essential role in supporting both the retail team and customers at the Penrith store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, assisting in achieving store goals, and maintaining a welcoming and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and offer product guidance effectively.
• Help meet and surpass store sales and performance objectives.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and professionally presented at all times.
• Participate in stock management, merchandising, and inventory control tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are proactive, customer-oriented, and motivated to learn. While leadership skills are a development area, readiness to grow and support the team is important. Essential qualities include a strong work ethic, good organizational abilities, prior experience in retail or customer service (preferred), basic computer skills, and a sincere desire to assist customers.
